They achieve this by creating various practice formats where different disciplines work together to unburden the workload. The goal is to guarantee patient well-being and create a good work-life balance for Family Doctors. They are seeking an independent, entrepreneurial, and energetic Family Doctor who is willing to work hard, work on duty, and start their own business in due time. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a strong and close-knit team.

This is you:

Recently graduated Family Doctor

Proficient in English

Willing to learn Dutch language

Flexibility to work in different locations

Fresh graduates or experienced individuals

Willingness to invest in oneself and maintain the organisation's vision

Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team

Willingness to work in multiple locations (max. radius of 40km)

Goal-driven and takes care of their own patient population as quickly as possible

Puts patients first and feels responsible for their own performance
