JUNIOR Service Delivery manager- INTERNSHIP



Location: Madrid

If you like challenges and would like to become part of an international organization, this is the job for you! Link Mobility Spain SL is looking for a self-driven and proactive Junior Service Delivery Manager with a “can do attitude” and positive approach.

You will be responsible for providing project management and successful mobile solutions project deliverables for our important clients in Europe. You will act as a link between our customers and the internal organization to make sure that we provide them with a qualitative delivery and personal approach in order to ensure improved customer satisfaction.


A week in the life of a Service Delivery Manager

·         Monitoring and securing service delivery through the entire life cycle; following-up of production issues (troubleshooting)

·         Facilitating customers in getting started with the Link Mobility Spain SL mobile products (customer integration)

·         Following up on customer requests, to answer their questions, to solve blocking problems, and to carry out specific projects (customer support)

·         Performing data processing and analysis for client presentations or for internal purposes (business reporting and customer presentations)

·         Permanent collaboration with R&D, marketing and sales teams for coverage of deals and customer needs (customer SPOC within the Link Mobility Spain SL organization)


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

·         To do this job, you are an engineer graduate in Computer Science or IT. Any specialization in Digital Marketing will be a plus.

·         Knowledge in related fields such as customer support, customer integration and/or data analytics will be assessed positively. As well as proven experience managing customers, technically speaking.

·         Good handling of tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Database SQL management tools and/or UNIX systems usage is desired.

·         You are rigorous, you have the sense of initiative, and you have strong analytical and synthesis skills. You also possess excellent communication and social skills and you are comfortable working in a multinational environment.

·         You are solution-oriented with a positive mindset, pay attention to details and organized.

·         You speak fluently English and French.
