@Washaby is a DNVB of great quality ECO-CLEANING CAPSULES (for laundry, dishwashing & surface cleaning), regularly delivered to the customer's mailbox in an eco-responsible packaging. Washaby’s purpose is to “Clean up our homes and the Planet”. They aim to disrupt the traditional household CLEANING MARKET in Europe. They have a proof of concept built and working since May 2020 in France, where they have already proved a clear market fit.

Funciones principales

Looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Growth Hacker to oversee all marketing operations and develop its marketing strategy and vision in France and new markets in Europe. Together with the Management Team, the #CMO will successfully design, develop and implement strategies from the very early-stage phase of the company throughout the entire growth phase.

·         Develop a deep appreciation for Washaby’s mission and to build a brand equity that resonates with local customer segments.

·         Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage Washaby’s key brand differentiators to inspire action and brand passion.

·         Amplify these strategies across a wide range of channels, including SEO, PR, PPC, paid social, affiliates, influencers and partnerships, direct mail, events, referral partner outreach, local and “eco & zero waste” conscious communities.

·         Evaluate and implement new strategies for digital marketing funnels to promote up-sell and cross-sell.

·         Oversee the implementation of a new landing page strategy to facilitate enhanced A/ B testing and improve conversion rates. Marketing experiments backlog and prioritization, focusing on 1% rule: 1% better every day and do more with less.

·         Assess and test additional omni-channel strategies.

·         Develop a member-get-member strategy plan within engaged customer base to foster word-of-mouth new customer acquisition.

·         Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards of progress to goals, including revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, CAC, LTV, AOV, CPCs, and other critical KPIs. Monitor and analyze the KPIs, continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy to maximize immediate and long-term ROI. Fast but smart!

·         Optimize and better understand our customer acquisition journey through implementing and testing new attribution methodologies.

·         Implement a customer segmentation strategy that pulls through specific messaging, content and campaigns in all paid media channels to reach acquisition and retention goals across various cohorts, while increasing LTV.

·         Monitor direct competitors, industry best practices and bring relevant new eCommerce and digital solutions to meet the organization's strategic business needs.

Requisitos

·         +6 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position in D2C ecommerce/performance marketing/growth hacking activities in France.

·         #English & #French bilingual or proficient level (spoken & written) is a must.

·         Demonstrated experience in managing & executing successful cross-channel digital marketing programs with #D2C subscription business models.

·         Previous experience in household consumer goods is a plus.

·         Tech-savy and comfortable with a hands-on approach with relevant software tools as part of your day-to-day workflow

·         MSc / MBA / Marketing or relevant field.
