My advisers : dedicated to connecting potential clients with accountants.
ProTradesmen : dedicated to connecting potential clients with tradesman.
KatchR : dedicated to connecting potential clients with marketing and digital agencies.
Jurilink : dedicated to connecting potential clients with lawyers and barristers.

What’s your role ?
You will join the Back Office and Customer Success team, in order to conquer Europe! Your missions will contribute to the Back Office management, on the Spanish market:
•Establish policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
•Customer relationship and commercial prospecting through different channels (phone, emails...).
•Content creation on social media, back office,etc.
•Participation in fairs and events, in order to represent WeLink.
•Follow-up of the billing procedures.
•Sector and competition monitoring.
•Participation in the international development of WeLink (currently in France, UK, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal)

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate is someone who can match the following requirements :
• You like working in a team and feel comfortable with customer relationship over the phone.
• You have good communication skills in Spanish and English ; both written and spoken.
• A previous experience in customer relationship and/or technologies is appreciated.

Dotación económica: 5000 €
Estudios mínimos: Grado
Experiencia mínima: Yes, month will be taken into acount
Idiomas a valorar: Ingles alto, Frances alto y Español nativo
Otros requisitos:
• Ser beneficiario del Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil de España
