The opportunity:

Looking for someone to join Cafler's Operations and Traffic team leading the entire French country, developing activities to guarantee the best quality of our customer service and optimal coordination of our drivers. This person will lead the Traffic of the city of Paris and will support other French cities.

Their jockeys drive vehicles between different points and the Operations department is in charge of giving them support from the office and supervising that the services are carried out on time and without incidents.

What are you going to do?

·         Manage the traffic of our drivers and their services: routes, punctual arrival time, etc.

·         Direct contact with our clients.

·         Management and resolution of incidents.

·         Management of Inspection Tests appointments in our system.

·         Management of customer documentation in the Operations system.

·         Management of the driver’s documentation in the Operations system.

 

Are you our ideal candidate?

     You have at least two years of experience in traffic management and / or personnel logistics (deliverers, drivers, etc.) and you are used to supervising routes and incidents.

     You have experience with clients by phone or email to manage the services they request or incidents.

     You are used to the pressure and resolution of unforeseen events.

     You are working in dynamic environments where what you worked for yesterday may not work for tomorrow.

     You are a proactive, hard-working and initiative person

     French is your mother tongue, and you manage English fluently (C2).

     You’re eager to join an international company

     You have lived in France but now you are currently in Barcelona

     You have studies related to the field of Operations or Logistics.

     You have a valid driver license (must)
